Old English (450-1100 AD ):
The Old English was spoken by the anglo-saxons, it was similar to the classical latin.
Middle English (1100-1500 AD):
During this time the low class spoken English and the court spoke French, this happened because William the conqueror conquered them.
Early Modern English (1500-1800 AD):
A lot of new words and frases entered the language, there was also a command language for the literature.
Late Modern English (1800-Present):
The difference of this English and the Early Modern Englisk is the amont of words because they needed new words for the industrial revolution.
